Matt Pierce | President

Matt Pierce is the global Head of Niteo Partners, a leading provider of Performance Management consulting and solutions. Reporting to NEC management & Niteo's Board, he is responsible for the firm's overall strategic direction and operations. Since Niteo's inception, Matt has been a member of the management team and played a key coordination role with NEC. Prior to his current position, he lead some of Niteo's most important initiatives including the acquisition and integration of Exinom, the establishment of Niteo & NEC's Connected Enterprise strategy, and the development of new solution offerings.

Over the last 18 years, Matt has held senior practice leadership and industry consultant positions with Computer Science Corp., Swiss Bank Corp., and NEC. Matt has worked in both a consulting and management capacity to help organizations set their strategic direction and realize their ambition through rigorous execution. By drawing on his broad experience in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and energy, Matt has advised and aligned executive teams in the development and implementation of their strategic, operational and information technology initiatives. His clients have included Gillette, GSK, Merrill Lynch, The New York Times, Ameritech, and Shell.

Matt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in commerce, graduating magnum cum laude from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Duke University where he graduated a Fuqua Scholar.

Frank Bianchi | Senior Vice President of Client Services

Frank Bianchi is responsible for sales, marketing, and client services. Frank is also responsible for growing our solutions business and providing thought leadership to Niteo's vertical and alliance specific offering set in business intelligence, corporate performance management, business process management, operational and financial dashboards. Frank brings over twenty years of practice management, sales and consulting expertise specializing in business intelligence, customer relationship management, business process management, content management, systems integration and dual-shore outsourcing. He has successfully managed enterprise, corporate and line of business strategic engagements in a diverse set of industries including financial services, insurance, health care, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail industries.

Over the last twenty years, Frank has held senior practice leadership and industry consultant positions with American Management Systems, Paragon Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand, Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Bradford Administrative Services. Frank has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to leverage his domain expertise, program management, operations and technology expertise to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Frank has many long term relationships with market leading firms in the Fortune 1000. Frank has also established collaborative partnerships with many market leading third party solution providers.

Frank earned a Masters Degree from New York University in 1984 and a Bachelors Degree from Montclair State University in 1979.

John E. Bacon | General Counsel

John is responsible for overseeing Niteo Partners' legal functions including contract formation, corporate and compliance requirements, and intellectual property protection. John also contributes to the strategic direction for all corporate development including strategic alliances, channel relationships and mergers and acquisitions. John brings a unique combination of skills developed over 15 years of private law practice and business management experience.

Prior to joining Niteo Partners, John served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Zefer Corp., where he was responsible for the strategic direction of alliance and channel relationships and creating marketing and sales opportunities with major accounts. Previously, he was the founding partner in a successful private law practice that represented technology start-ups, commercial lenders, construction companies, financial institutions, and other business entities.

John is licensed to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, The State of Rhode Island, U.S. District Court, U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Devi Kancherla | Vice President, Finance

Devi Kancherla is responsible for the overall finance function of Niteo, including its day to day financial operations, planning and budgeting. He was appointed as Vice President, Finance of Niteo in Oct, 2005. Prior to joining Niteo in November 2003 he was responsible for the finance function of Exinom Technologies, Inc.

Devi has over 3 decades of experience in the various finance areas including banking, both in US and abroad and currently manages a team of finance professionals in US and India, where part of Niteo's financial operations are outsourced to Niteo's Indian Subsidiary.

Devi holds MS degree in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York; ME degree in Engineering from I.I.Sc, Bangalore and CFA charter from ICFAI.

Merwin Matthew | Vice President, Delivery

Merwin Mathew is responsible for national delivery at Niteo Partners with responsibility over all facets of its Operations, Channel Sales and implementation. Merwin is a successful business leader and manager with responsibility for the overall management and development of the professional services team. Merwin has been a critical member of the Niteo Management Team from the firm’s earliest days and has helped the firm recruit, develop, train and deploy our great delivery team.

With over 12 years of experience in information systems, Merwin has a distinguished track record of services delivery to many of the firm's leading clients. Prior to joining Niteo, Merwin worked in leadership roles within various hospitality and retail industries where he gained international management experience. Merwin holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Madras University.
