The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts is the world's largest cultural complex. The 12 world-renowned independent resident companies that make up Lincoln Center represent the very best in performing arts today. Resident companies include The Chamber Music Society, The Film Society and Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Julliard School, Lincoln Center Presents, Lincoln Center Theater, Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet, New York City Opera, New York Philharmonic, and The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.

Client Opportunity
  • To ensure continued growth in the arts, The Lincoln Center needed to assume a leadership position for managing communications between consumers and resident companies that inhabit its facilities.
  • As part of an overall corporate marketing program, The Lincoln Center sought to update the look and functionality of its website.
  • Integral to the effort was the development of features and functions, which would facilitate ongoing consumer interest in the site, including support for online transactions and ongoing consumer communications.

  • Niteo executed a user centered design review program, which resulted in a new site design that supported multiple navigation paths.
  • Niteo recommended enhancing the marketing functionality on the site, including email registration and campaign management features to allow Lincoln Center staff to create unique offers to individual consumers.
  • Niteo also recommended and built a unique set of administrative tools to allow content sharing between electronic and print marketing materials.
